Returning an item
Please
contact our office on 08703 605060 before making any returns
If for
any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return
it to us in its original condition and packaging within 7
days of the date you received the item and we will issue a
full refund for the price you paid for the item (any special
return delivery costs, wherever made by Bardsey Mills Ltd,
will still be payable by the customer). You can expect a
refund in the same form of payment originally used for the
purchase. If you require an exchange, please place a new
order online.
Orders
The Web Site’s online contact form asks you to give us
contact information (such as
name and email address) and demographic information such as post
code. We may use Customer Contact Information to send you
information about our company contact
information is also used to contact you when
necessary. You may opt-out of receiving future mailings. Sister

where prizes are offered the decision of Bardsey Mills Ltd will
be final in deciding the winners. Entrants to our competitions
will only be notified if they are one of the lucky winners. The
competition is open to anyone to enter but prizes will only be
posted on a FOC basis to UK addresses.
